We are looking for a highly motivated Project Management / Construction Management (PM/CM) Leader with US Navy / Marine Corps experience, and a history of growing and delivering professional services for projects and programs.

You'll have the chance to work on large capital projects across the US and internationally. These exciting large-scale building projects will utilize your experience working with the Us Dept of War to help ensure safe and efficient delivery. You will gain experience working closely with technical subject matter experts, project control specialists, and some of the best digital delivery professionals in the industry. We empower you to deliver the best and boldest solutions to our clients.

Your role will be central to generating new business opportunities for US Navy PM/CM contract and task order pursuits. Following award of these projects, you will ensure the projects are staffed with top talent, manage the key personnel, and guide the project team to execution success.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Construction Management

• Experience with growing teams and portfolios of projects in the US Navy / USMC space and elsewhere

• Experience in managing professional services IDIQ contracts and task orders

• At least 10 years' experience in construction management and administration of large projects

• Knowledge of project planning, pre-construction, delivery methods, and building systems

• Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

• Professional Engineering Registration (PE); CMAA Certification; and/or DBIA certification
