Lucky Textile Mills Limited (LTML), a leading textile manufacturer with a rich history spanning over 40 years and a wholly owned subsidiary of YB Holdings under the Yunus Brothers Group, is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as Executive (Fire & HSE) at our Landhi, Karachi location.PositionExecutive (Fire & HSE) – Landhi, KarachiRequirementsMinimum Bachelor's Degree, NEBOSH IGC, Civil Defense Lead‑fireman course / IOSH MS.Approximately 7 years of experience.Skill SetProficient in office documentation, including SOP development aligned with international and national laws/standards, master tracking records, risk assessments, incident investigations, and internal & external audit documentation.Knowledge of fire and safety equipment inspection, maintenance methodologies, and inspection of cranes/earth-moving equipment, including related documentation such as lift plans, method statements, and checklists.Ability to handle casualties and provide first aid, including driving an ambulance in the absence of drivers.Strong written and verbal communication skills, self‑motivated attitude, enthusiasm, physical fitness, ability to work under pressure, and effective multitasking skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Fire & HSE teams across the factory, ensuring effective teamwork and coordination.Conduct regular floor visits and collaborate with stakeholders and floor in‑charges to ensure compliance with safety standards.Manage routine and non‑routine activities of the Fire & HSE Department, including documentation, record keeping, inspections, and maintenance of safety equipment and related items.Conduct audits, F&HSE meetings, trainings, floor inspections, and maintenance activities.Lead incident investigations, first aid/casualty handling, and organize Fire & HSE drills while maintaining all relevant soft and hard copy records.RemunerationMarket competitive package.Why Join Lucky Textile Mills Limited?Industry leader with over 40 years of experience, latest technology, and skilled professionals.Opportunity to lead Fire & HSE operations and drive safety excellence.Professional, growth‑oriented workplace.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Located in Landhi, Karachi.How to ApplySend your resume to recruitment@luckytextilemills.biz with the subject line “Executive (Fire & HSE)”.
