What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule technicians, drivers, or field personnel based on job requirements and priority
- Monitor schedules in real time and make adjustments to ensure efficiency and on-time service
- Communicate updates, route changes, and job details to field staff
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing appointment updates and support
- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails in a professional, timely manner
- Track job progress and completion, ensuring accurate documentation in internal systems
- Work closely with operations, service, and sales teams to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Maintain detailed records of work orders, schedules, and customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
- 2+ years of scheduling, dispatch, customer service, logistics, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with dispatch, CRM, or scheduling software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A positive, team-oriented, customer-first mindset
