Summary
Surveillance Agent (Agente de vigilancia)
Provide and maintain a proactive surveillance operation that protects the Company's assets and licenses. Be familiar with gaming regulations, Company policies and procedures, and have working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws. Operate all Surveillance CCTV and related equipment. Accurately and confidentially, observe and report all violations of law, regulations and procedures. Cooperates with other departments and other Station Casinos Surveillance Departments in protecting the assets of the company. Maintain strict confidentiality concerning the conduct, operations, controls and procedures involving surveillance activities. Demonstrate leadership abilities, including but not limited to, coaching, training and motivating all surveillance personnel in their daily activities. Knowledge of casino games and understand all relevant aspects of each game, such as dealing procedures, counting strategies and methods of cheating. Conducts surveillance reviews or audits to confirm transactions or events.
Minimum age requirement is 21. Minimum 3 years of previous Surveillance Agent experience preferred. Must pass written Surveillance test. Must be able to obtain a gaming registration. Must be able to work quickly and accurately under high-stress situations. Able to perform all functions required of a Surveillance Agent. Demonstrate sound judgment and mature decision-making skills that are in the best interest of Station Casinos.
