Summary

Casino Radio Dispatch Technician

Monitors radio transmissions and dispatches and tracks the whereabouts of all personnel needed to ensure efficient Casino operations. Works in an office setting. Long periods of sitting, temperature controlled.

1. Always be NICE to fellow staff and players/ find every opportunity to offer a friendly smile, wave and greeting
2. Maintains database of malfunctioning slot machines.
3. Dispatches and tracks the whereabouts of slot technicians, security floor, and maintenance personnel.
4. Maintains batteries and radios for other department personnel.
5. Logs and tracks the radio records.
6. Monitors the Casinos Slot Data System.
7. Issues machine paper to floor personnel.
8. Maintains the serial number information.
