Summary
Serving as a trusted technical advisor for Federal clients, the full-time Federal Solutions Engineer will translate complex technical requirements into actionable product recommendations, conduct product demonstrations, and support Account Executives in designing solutions, all while working remotely.Key responsibilitiesProviding product presentations and demonstrations, creating deployment designs, and preparing responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPsMaintaining advanced proficiency across various technologies including video, phone, AI, and networkingTranslating technical needs into product development suggestions and advocating for customer feature requestsRequired qualifications7+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer in pre-sales, with expertise in Unified Communications and related technologiesExperience supporting technical sales in Federal Civilian Government or DoD environments is preferredWorking knowledge of federal systems and networks, including FedRAMP and NIPRNetFamiliarity with SAML/SSO, firewalls, routers, and related technologiesCybersecurity certifications such as CISSP or OSCP are a plus
