The City of St. Helena is a visually charming and historic small town of over 6,000 residents in the heart of California’s premier wine growing region, Napa County. The City is seeking a highly motivated and seasoned planning professional to join the City’s Planning Division as its next Senior Planner. The City of St. Helena website can be found at https://www.cityofsthelena.org/

St. Helena desires a candidate who is a seasoned generalist with knowledge and experience in both long range and current planning. This position presents an exciting career opportunity to positively influence the planning and preservation of one of the most beautiful small towns in the country through administering General Plan land use policies, the zoning ordinance and design standards that foster design excellence. As St. Helena’s lead planner, you will gain valuable experience working on a wide variety of both current and advance planning projects and economic development policy.
