    San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is conducting a national recruitment for a Chief of Administration, Strategy & Resilience (CASR). This is a newly created executive-level position and reports to the Airport Director. Top candidates will be experienced professionals with strong administrative and general leadership skills to oversee this multi-functional division (100 staff; $52 million budget). This well-rounded professional will also develop and manage strategies to navigate the increasingly complex labor environment as SFO grows and expands airport operations to support anticipated passenger growth to 72 million, combined with an aggressive $11 billion CIP.

    Salary range is $238,342 to $304,122. Additionally, the City & County of San Francisco offers an outstanding benefits package (careers.sf.gov/benefits).

  • Job Requirements

    This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of managerial experience in a large-scale administrative department, public-sector organization, or airport environment, managing a significant team that supports a diverse array of functions, including policy development. Advanced education (Master’s or JD) may be a plus.
